About the Founder
Claraty Compass Healthcare Mentoring didn’t start with a business plan. It started with conversations—real ones—the kind that happen when someone finally exhales and says, “I don’t know what’s next.”
Over the years, Jason became the person people called in those moments. Not to fix things, but to walk beside them as they figured it out. What started as a repeated pattern turned into a calling.
Claraty Compass Healthcare Mentoring is a new category: a structured, tech-backed mentoring platform shaped by decades in healthcare, designed from the inside out. What began as grounded, real-world mentoring pioneered a scalable, structured form of support, built on a full tech stack with clarity, trust, direction, and support at its core.
No steps to complete. No scripts to follow. No pressure to perform.
Just real-world mentoring—for real people in healthcare.
Jason has been everywhere in healthcare—from pushing stretchers to leading strategy. He’s moved through the system one step at a time—hands-on in the OR, providing emergency care in the field, and ultimately guiding people, teams, and entire organizations through change. He’s helped shape transformation across payer systems and hospital settings, always with people at the center.
Through it all, he’s seen just how much weight healthcare workers carry—and how little energy they have left to imagine what’s next.
His path has never followed a straight line. His experience gives him a wide lens and a grounded approach, blending operational know-how with genuine connection. Claraty Compass Healthcare Mentoring brings that full circle: practical support with a human heart.
Claraty Compass Healthcare Mentoring exists because Jason believes clarity isn’t something you find, it’s something you remember. And when someone reminds you that you’re not behind, everything shifts.
Jason holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, a Bachelor’s in Leadership, and is a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO)—credentials that reflect a grounded understanding of healthcare people, operations, and technology.
