Terms of Service

Welcome to Claraty Compass Healthcare Mentoring. By booking a session or engaging with this service, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mentoring sessions offered through Claraty Compass Healthcare Mentoring, a service of Claraty Solutions LLC (“CCHM,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Nature of Service

Claraty Compass Healthcare Mentoring provides one-on-one mentoring conversations designed to offer support, clarity, and perspective for healthcare professionals. These sessions are not medical care, therapy, or legal advice.

We are not a licensed provider of counseling, psychotherapy, or clinical supervision. Mentoring through CCHM is relational, peer-informed, and grounded in lived experience, not certification.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a session.
By using this service, you affirm that you meet this requirement and agree to engage respectfully and professionally.

3. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Sessions are booked and managed through our scheduling platform. You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. No-shows are considered forfeited.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. No session content is shared or recorded. Notes taken during sessions are for internal use only and are not clinical documentation.

We do not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment and Refunds

Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Refunds are only issued for sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Partial refunds or exceptions are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Use of Content

All content on this site—including written materials, session models, and structure—is the intellectual property of Claraty Compass Healthcare Mentoring and Claraty Solutions LLC. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue mentoring services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to conduct that is disrespectful, inappropriate, or misaligned with the purpose of this platform.

Mentoring is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal services. If you are in crisis or in need of clinical intervention, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
